The Hold & Go Crockpot is awesome, especially for tailgating! I can get my food cooked, prepared, and keep it hot. Then lock the lid and tote it wherever I am going and plug it right back in, no mess, no extra work, it’s easy and convenient.
The first one we received was delivered with damaged in transit. Their customer service department was prompt and very nice about sending a new one and a Pre-shipped return label, taking the old one back to work on fixing that issue. Issues are going to happen in any business, but what makes a great company is one that quickly owns the issue and fixes it to the customers satisfaction.

CONS:The stainless steel design is great, however it gets extremely hot to the touch, so be careful
