We normally focus on all the fun tailgating products like coolers, grills, fire pits and things for outdoor fun, but I have another passion and that has always been fitness. Since I was in 8th grade I caught the fitness bug and do some form of working out every day. I’ve tried many home work out products and some have merit, while others are big duds. With the coronavirus pandemic it stopped me from doing what I love, going to the gym. The gym was my happy place, but with gyms closed and concerns about are they safe to go back into, I knew I had to up my home training gym. I was scrolling through Facebook not too long ago when I came across the LifePro Rumblex 4D Vibration Plate and quickly became in intrigued.
I’ve also battled numerous neck and back issues over the years and one thing I used when going to the chiropractor was a vibration plate. I always got some relief and just felt good after using the vibration plate for a few minutes. This is what attracted me to this product, as it could be another way to take care of myself without having to go into an office, or worse yet if these types of doctors offices are closed. I thought I could use it everyday to get a refresh in the comfort of my home.
The LifePro Rumblex 4D Vibration Plate came in and I was excited to open it up and see how this compared to other vibration plates I have used in the past. My one worry was would this be strong enough for me. I enjoy strong pressure with vibrations, massages, etc. The Rumblex 4D Vibration plate has various speeds and settings to help tone it to exactly what you need.
There are 3 motors and 7 training modes to help deliver 4 different dimensions of therapeutic vibrations to help really shake things up, in a good way. I really enjoy the variable training mode that rotates through the programs to keep things fresh and hit it from all the different angles. The preset time always populates to 10 minutes, but you can adjust to down to a lower time setting. I was not able to increase the time past 10 minutes, aside from simply starting a new program when the first ends.
With the 4D action, lets talk about my favorite program where it rotates through the different vibrations. There are three different styles of vibrations that it cycles through:
Steady Vibration: this essentially vibrates the entire board and has variable speed
Side to Side Vibration: this vibrates and then also shakes the board side to side.
Up and Down Vibration: this vibrates and then also has each side of the board going up and down, at opposite times
This program works great for me and gets my day started the right way. This unit comes with a wrist watch, so you can start/stop/pause/change the vibration program. It also has various exercise bands to help continue with your fitness goals.
When I’m using the Rumblex 4D Vibration plate I like to have a pair of lighter weights, or exercise bands that I use as much as possible for the course of the 10 minute program. This gives me a nice pump and helps to loosen my legs and lower back up.
When I first started using the Rumblex 4D vibration plate I had a little pain in my lumbar area, but after a few uses, with this vibration plate, it resolved itself. Now I’m no doctor and can’t say something else (natural healing) could be what made it feel better, but this was one of the only things I changed in my day before starting to see some relief.
Overall, I’m a fan of this product. There are tons of different exercises you can do on the Rumblex 4D Vibration plate, but my primary use is for therapy and over all well being.
